First Time Client Contract: Dark Teal Studios provides our first time client interaction with a flat rate of $250.00 for everything no matter the property size, Style Photography, demand, Video or photo. Including for Aerial Photography and Videography. Yes. Everything!  All for a simple and easy price to ensure that our costumers are satisfied without having to lose very much. 

Why You Might Ask? At Dark Teal Studios we want our clients to feel trusted and at ease when choosing our services. And with our "First Time Client" Promotion we hope to continue doing business with our clients in the future. Once the "First time" Client Contract has ended and if the client wishes to continue with the service, a continuous service contract will begin.

 Continuous Service:  Simplicity is still at your door step with our simple "Tier Category Listings".  Commercial listings Prices may vary. 

Packages

What to expect from our service.

No matter the property size or project given, each location will be captured in HDR imaging to deliver a higher quality image result. The client will receive every picture taken without any limitations or add on prices to the package tier. Our promise to our costumers is to always have a full and open communication system if the client wishes to change something from the original edited image with ease. Such as size, color, exposure or a removal of an unwanted item. The client will also receive extra photos to choose from without having to worry about extra fees. Including reshoots. Delivery date times will vary depending on size of the project. The expected time of delivery is within 1-3 business days. 

Contract Agreement  Service of Terms & Conditions.

Upon requesting services please note that a Non refundable deposit must be given in advance before the schedule shoot is taken place. The Non refundable deposit will be based upon the requested packaged valued at half. For example, If the package is $100, the deposit will be $50.

A client can request for a refund of their purchase if they are not satisfied within 24 hrs upon initial delivery including touch ups. Once 24 hours has passed since full delivery the client can no longer request for a refund. Please note, if the client qualifies for a refund, this will not include the deposit. 

A travel fee will be added to the total package if the location of property surpasses 15 miles from the general photographer's home location. $1.00 per mile is to be added. The mile count will be begin from take off point from the photographers home location. For example. If the location requested for the services are a total of 30 miles, then a fee of $30.00 will be added. Round Trips are not included. ( This fee is not refundable )

Photographers Request: Upon requesting Commercial or Residential Real estate please note the following. A list of conditions must be cleared and applied to before making a purchase. 

Property must be photo ready. ( House or Building must be cleaned ) If the location requires heavy editing services such as object removal or etc, an additional fee of $10.00 per image will be applied. ( This fee is not refundable )

Property must have electricity. 

Client must communicate fully in what is allowed or not allowed to be captured via Photo or Video.

Client must informed H.O.A or neighbors when requesting Aerial Drone services. 

Domestic Animals must be at all times with their owner or placed away in a secure area away from the photographer.
